CALUMET PERSPECTIVES is the television broadcast of Purdue University Calumet, produced by the Department of Communication and Creative Arts. This weekly 30-minute program presents interviews with influential people from around the Northwest Indiana region, as well as documentary segments, panel discussions, and other special theme programs.
Our host, Steven Haas, is a well-known Chicago TV and radio personality. Craig E. Blohm, the program's Producer/Director, has over thirty years of television production experience. Students in the PUC Radio/TV program form the production crew of the show, serving as camera operators, technical directors, audio and video operators, and in other production capacities.
CALUMET PERSPECTIVES airs each Sunday morning at 8:30 on WYIN, Channel 56 LAKESHORE PUBLIC TELEVISION and Thursdays at 5:30 a.m. on WCPX, Channel 38, ION TV!
