Skylark is Purdue University Calumet's literary magazine.

Skylark reads manuscripts from September 1st to April 15th.

We have expanded the types of submissions we review for 2006. Skylark now accepts original poetry, short fiction (stories or novel excerpts), personal essays, and critical essays. 

Skylark has also extended our submission invitation to the greater Purdue Calumet community.  We currently consider submissions from all residents of Northwest Indiana and northeastern Illinois. Skylark remains committed to publishing the best in undergraduate poetry.
