Her cutting edge research in high energy (experimental particle) physics with colleagues world-wide has led to discoveries that enhance understanding of the forces that enable nature to operate as it does. She has attracted $300,000+ in grants and awards and published 200+ articles. She also has been instrumental establishing Purdue Calumet membership with the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) in Batavia, IL and the European Center for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva, Switzerland.

Acclaimed for his exceptional leadership in the Architecture Technology program, Council of Academic Department Heads, Academic Integrity Task Force, and Campus Master Plan Committee, he also has demonstrated considerable talent conveying technical information to the lay community in understandable terms. In addition to being an accomplished teacher and colleague, he has served local government, not-for-profit organizations and business in an exemplary way.
